The primary focus of this role is to provide in-home support one-on-one with a client with mild to severe challenges in accordance with his/her individual behavior treatment plan. The duties vary from assisting the child or teen in avoiding unacceptable behavior, playing an emotionally supportive role, encouraging social interaction and participation in group activities, and helping the child’s family and caregivers promote acceptable behavior and more independence. Activities and skills will be practiced and applied. TSS will also collaborate with the client's support team composed of parents, school staff, etc. Goals will derive from the intake interview. TSS if necessary will participate in Case Review meetings to discuss their work with specific clients.

Support staff will also collaborate with the client's support team composed of parents, school staff, etc. Goals will derive from the intake interview.
Tutors meet with students to clarify and review concepts taught in class, explain processes and help students solve specific problems. Tutoring provides classroom-centered examples that emphasize in-class content based on the student's needs. online and in person availability.
A graduate-level professional who is certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. BCBAs apply the principles of ABA to help children with autism improve behaviors and reach optimal outcomes so that they can reach their true potential. BCBA oversees the creation, implementation and evaluation of individualized ABA Therapy for our clients. They take the lead building the best possible plan based on each child’s unique strengths and challenges.
This role is responsible for providing clinical skill and behavior reduction support to children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental disabilities in the home setting. Utilize principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to implement treatment plans, assist with parent training and be a support/advocate for the families of the children receiving services. The person holding this certification has passed the competency assessment and met all minimum requirements per the BACB. Provide services under the supervision of registered BCBA.
